Use this checklist for Zigbee pairing, compatibility, or feature exposure issues.
Please include:
- Product model
- Zigbee platform: Zemismart gateway, ZHA, Zigbee2MQTT, SmartThings, Homey, or another system
- Coordinator or hub model
- Device fingerprint, manufacturer, and model if visible
- Whether pairing completes or fails during interview
- What features are missing or incorrect
- Logs from the pairing attempt
If the device joins but features are missing, include screenshots of the exposed controls or entities.
